In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any Bonus Terms applicable to specific promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and winph2 with respect to your use of the Platform.
By clicking "I Agree," "Register," "Sign Up," or any equivalent confirmation button during the registration process, or by accessing the Platform after these Terms have been posted, you acknowledge and confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all provisions set out herein.
These Terms are effective as of the date stated above. winph2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 16 (Amendments) below. Continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
To be eligible to register and use the Platform, you must:
winph2 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any point. Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that an ineligible person is using the Platform, we may suspend account access pending verification, void any winnings derived during the period of suspected ineligibility, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the winph2 Platform. Registration of duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, email address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. winph2 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, forfeit associated balances, and exclude the Player from the Platform.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are required to maintain and update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times. winph2 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, winph2 will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting the following documents:
KYC review is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours on business days. winph2 may request additional documentation where necessary to satisfy its regulatory and anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe after request may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.
winph2 employs technical and procedural controls to prevent access by persons under the age of 21. Where winph2 determines that a minor has registered and used the Platform, the account will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, the matter will be escalated internally, and winph2 will take steps consistent with its obligations under applicable child protection law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. winph2 will not ask you for your full password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone support.
All activity conducted using your Account credentials will be attributed to you and held to your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you, unless you promptly notify winph2 support of unauthorised access. You must notify winph2 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
winph2 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA functionality is available to all account holders at no additional cost through the Account Security settings panel.
winph2 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank transfer, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Additional methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in the deposit section of your Account.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Minimum amounts for bank transfers and cryptocurrency may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your winph2 wallet balance within sixty (60) seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one (1) to five (5) business hours depending on the originating bank and transaction volume. winph2 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' GCash accounts or shared bank accounts not registered to you — are not permitted and may trigger a compliance review. winph2 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where the source of a deposit cannot be confirmed.
To request a withdrawal, your account must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have a verified payment method registered; (c) have no outstanding unresolved wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (d) not be subject to any active compliance hold or investigation.
Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. VIP Casino Club members receive priority withdrawal processing with a target completion time of ten (10) minutes for eligible transactions. winph2 does not guarantee specific processing times where delays arise from third-party payment systems.
Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier. Standard accounts may withdraw up to ₱100,000 per day via GCash. VIP and Diamond tier members have elevated limits available upon request through their account host or via live chat support.
winph2 will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposit wherever operationally possible, as a standard anti-money laundering control. Where withdrawal to the original deposit source is not feasible, winph2 may request additional verification before processing to an alternative method.
Unless stated otherwise in specific Bonus Terms, the following general conditions apply to all winph2 promotional offers:
winph2 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Behaviour deemed to constitute bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: placing bets that cover all outcomes of a game to lock in a risk-free mathematical advantage on bonus funds; low-variance wagering strategies applied systematically to satisfy wagering requirements; use of automated betting software; and collusion with other players for the purpose of extracting bonus value.
Where winph2 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, winph2 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus balance, withhold any withdrawals pending investigation, and close the account. winph2's determination in such matters is final.
Participation in the winph2 Golden Bank loyalty programme is governed by these Terms and any supplemental programme terms published on the Golden Bank page. Gold Points earned through gameplay have no cash value until redeemed in accordance with the programme rules. winph2 reserves the right to modify the Golden Bank programme, including point earning rates, redemption values, and tier thresholds, with reasonable notice to Players.
All games available on the winph2 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology sourced from licensed third-party game providers. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider's certification and are published in the game information panel or on the relevant game category page.
Live casino games operated by providers such as Evolution Gaming, SA Gaming, and Pragmatic Play Live use physical dealing equipment streamed from certified studios. The outcomes of live games are determined by the physical result of each deal, spin, or draw, and are not subject to modification by winph2.
winph2 reserves the right to declare any game or round void where a technical malfunction, data transmission error, or system fault has materially affected the outcome. In such circumstances, affected stakes will be returned to Players' wallets and no winnings will be paid on the voided round.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winph2 Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion. winph2 offers the following self-exclusion periods: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, and 12 months. Temporary self-exclusion can be initiated directly from Account Settings. Permanent self-exclusion requires a written request to our support team and will be actioned within 24 hours of verification. During a self-exclusion period, winph2 will take reasonable steps to ensure promotional communications are suspended.
Players may request permanent account closure at any time. Any withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following standard processing procedures. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon permanent closure.
All content on the winph2 Platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, text, game assets, and trademarks, is the property of winph2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of winph2 or the applicable rights holder.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winph2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
winph2's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you and held in your Account at the time the relevant cause of action arose.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit winph2's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Platform is provided "as is" and winph2 does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and third-party service interruptions may result in temporary Platform unavailability, for which winph2 accepts no liability beyond the refund of affected stakes where applicable.
winph2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has violated these Terms, applicable law, or any regulatory requirement applicable to winph2's operations.
Upon termination for cause, winph2 may withhold any balance pending investigation and, if a violation is confirmed, forfeit the balance in accordance with these Terms and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. winph2 will not be obligated to return funds to a Player whose account has been terminated due to fraud, cheating, bonus abuse, money laundering, or provision of false identity information.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting live chat support. Any withdrawable balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed to the Player's verified payment method.
If you have a dispute regarding any aspect of the winph2 Platform, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or at the support email address published on this website. winph2 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within seven (7) business days.
Where a dispute relates to the outcome of a specific game round, winph2 will review server-side game logs as part of its investigation. The findings of winph2's technical team, confirmed against provider records, shall be determinative as to factual matters related to game outcomes.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through winph2's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
winph2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect Player rights, financial terms, or regulatory compliance obligations — winph2 will provide Players with no less than seven (7) days' advance notice via a notice posted on the Platform and, where practical, a notification to the registered email address associated with your Account.
The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at winph2.one/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" and "Version" designations at the top of this document will be updated upon each revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform before the amendment takes effect and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14 above.
